Water Removable Bond

HOW TO:
1. Brush on WATER REMOVABLE BOND
2. Place WISPS underneath & clamp with tweezer

TO STACK:
1. Brush WATER REMOVABLE BOND on first Wisp layer
2. Stack second layer of WISPS

TO REMOVE*:
Gently press a cotton pad with remover onto eyes for 10 seconds, then wipe away
(*with Falscara Remover or any oil-free makeup remover)
